Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Final Sale, underwear, or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at elvnelvnstore@outlook.com. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We recommend:

Returning the original item.

Placing a new order for the item you want.
This ensures you get the item quickly and avoids stock issues.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll make it right ASAP.
