1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.), processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days, please contact us at elvnelvnstore@outlook.com


4. International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: United States of America.

  • International delivery times vary based on location.

  • Customs fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


5. Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information.

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If still not located, contact us at elvnelvnstore@outlook.com, and we’ll assist in filing a claim.


6. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at elvnelvnstore@outlook.com, within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address.
